i almost thought about giving a positive review until i realized i waited days for any excursion assistance, and the so-called room service was nothing special. i would’ve expected complimentary water bottles in the suite, but i guess that would be asking too much. overall, it was slightly disappointing, to say the least.

I wasn’t ready for this!

The location is spot-on, with dive boats picking us up right from the dock. Villas were spacious with a full kitchen, and the staff was always quick and accommodating. We were just steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Even the pool, though in need of resurfacing, didn't detract from the experience.

While the excursions offered were appealing, we found that some organization could be streamlined for quicker bookings.

This place blew me away with an ocean view that turned every morning into a postcard moment! The full kitchen meant I could whip up breakfast while enjoying the fine backdrop. It felt so homey, and the location was just steps away from dive boats and buzzing local eateries.

Spacious room with a full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The beach access is great for diving and snorkeling, but the pool could use some attention. Noise from the nearby bar was sometimes disruptive at night.

Great welcome drink! Enjoyed relaxing massages, but the pool was a bit basic.

The beachfront location is perfect for exploring San Pedro and was ideal for our family with children. We loved hopping on a quick boat ride to Hol Chan marine reserve for some amazing snorkeling.

My kids wished for better access to clean water.

The Suite with Sea View was really comfy and had a stunning ocean view. The bed was super cozy, and the cleaning was top-notch every day. I loved the spacious balcony for chilling. The kitchen was fully stocked, way better than I expected. Sitting out there with a cup of coffee in the morning was perfect. Just a heads up, the pool could use a resurfacing soon, but it was nice overall. Had all the essentials, and it felt like a home away from home!
